Delivery & Return

Your order will be packed as soon as possible after receipt of order and delivered approximately 3-5 business days after Ooikos Aps has received the order if you order within Denmark and often even faster. Delivery of 14 - 21 business days can apply to any international or engraved orders. We will of course always strive our best to deliver as fast as possible.

When you shop at Ooikos Aps, you have the following options for shipping and delivery, please note, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees:

Deliveries within Denmark: 3-5 Business days

To parcel shop (DAO/GLS): 49 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK.
To business address (GLS): 39 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK.
To private address (DAO/GLS): 49 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK.

International Deliveries: 5-21 days. (Depending on destination)

Delivered with DHL: 95 DKK / Free shipping on over orders at 750 DKK.Delivered with DHL.

Please keep in mind that our estimated shipping time frame is not a guarantee, as it can vary depending on order volume. Every custom item follows a structured production process that is expected to be completed within this time frame, but delays may occur due to the personalized nature of each item. If your order is delayed, don't worry—feel free to contact us at info@ooikos.dk for an update.

Ooikos Aps cannot be held responsible for delays with PostNord, GLS, DHL or freight companies or for circumstances beyond Ooikos Aps control, including weather conditions, insufficient delivery from third parties, etc., unless otherwise provided by Danish law’s general rules. 

If your parcel incurs any taxes and/or duties, you will be responsible for covering these fees before the delivery can proceed.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on info@ooikos.dk within 48 hours of receipt, if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Returns

At Ooikos Statement Jewellery, we offer a 30-day right of return.

In the event of a return you should always contact us via email at info@ooikos.dk with your order number in the subject line and kindly do not return untill you have received "RETURN CONFIRMED" from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required 

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs. You will need to return at you own cost.

When returning the goods, you should ensure that they are unused, in original packaging, and properly packed. If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you will only receive part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking number if you send the goods to us.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, gift cards, personlised or custom items. We also do not accept returns for piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons. Items that have been used or had their tags removed/tampered with are not eligible for return. Please do contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds/Exchange

Please refer to the returns procedure and once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds/exchange will be processed . If a refund this will be processed to your original payment method within 21 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
